RAJSWASTHYA REQUIREMENTS

राजस्थान चिकित्सा,स्वास्थ्य एंव परिवार कल्याण विभाग  में  कर्मचारियों की स्थाईकरणमय भर्ती प्रक्रिया पिछले काफी लंबे समय से चल रही है। जिसमें निम्नलिखित पद  सम्मिलित हैं । 

Applications for Medical and Health Subordinate Services Recruitment 2013

Post : Pharmacist ( Total Vacancies : 1209)

Post : Nurse Grade - II ( Total Vacancies : 15773)

Post : Health Worker (Female)(ANM) ( Total Vacancies : 12278)

Post : Lab Technician ( Total Vacancies : 1166)

Post : Public Health Nurse(PHN) ( Total Vacancies : 200)

Post : Dental Technician ( Total Vacancies : 94)

Post : Ophthalmic Assistant ( Total Vacancies : 265)

Post : Assistant Radiographer ( Total Vacancies : 218)

Post : Junior Scientific Assistant ( Total Vacancies : 6)

उपरोक्त पदों के लिये विभाग द्वारा भर्ती प्रक्रिया का पहला  चरण  Documents Verification के रूप में आरंभ किया । जो की राजस्थान चिकित्सा,स्वास्थ्य एंव परिवार कल्याण विभाग के  जयपुर स्थित विभिन्न कार्यालयों में निरन्तर  चल रहा है इसके लिये  candidates को निम्न Documents के साथ एवं Documents Verification List के क्रमानुसार निर्धारित तिथि को  अपने  जांच केंद्र पर पहुंचे .....

1. Copy of Application form Submitted online.
2. Receipt of Fee Paid  by Token No.
3. A copy of the page of documents verification list which showing your Name.
4. PP Size Photos (4).
5. Registration certificate of Rajasthan Nursing Council.  
6. Mark sheet of  nursing diploma/degree. 
7. Mark sheet of class 10th and 10+2.
8. Experience certificate. *
9. No Objection  Certificate. *1  
10. Domicile  Certificate.
11. Cast Certificate.
12. Marriage certificate.**      
    
    
                   
            * , *1 =  Only for  candidates who are working on Contract bases with Govt. Organization such as NRHM)
                     ** =  Only For female candidates those who married.
    

     इसके अलावा कुछ ओर Documents जेसे की पुलिस सत्यापन प्रमाण पत्र ,medical certificate आदि के candidates को अभी परेशान होने की आवसायकता नहीं है क्योंकि ये प्रमाण पत्र Documents Verification के समय नहीं चाहेंगे । 
    इनको जॉइनिंग के समय राजस्थान चिकित्सा,स्वास्थ्य एंव परिवार कल्याण विभाग के जिला स्तर पर  स्थित संबन्धित कार्यालयों पर प्रस्तुत करना होगा ।
